Morning folks,
we’re in the air and on the ground this morning with a couple of haiku…

Windsock
Windsock snaphapping.
Crosswind-bustled, harried, tugged,
A breeze-rippled flare.

Woodlouse
Granite slab lifted.
Light-shy scurryings towards
The comforting dark.

I really like these, Matthew. The windsock is a brilliant tongue-twister and the little woodlouse suddenly seems rather sweet.

Thanks Chris. Not the most natural pairing in the world but I kind of like them that way!

Thanks Claudia. I was going to take that out but I did love the composite verb!

I like the wood louse one very much, Matthew; I had trouble with ‘snaphapping’
